Macondo Tattoo

Macondo is an appointment only tattoo studio and artist collective in Bushwick, Brooklyn, established in 2020 to give a diverse group of artists a supportive creative environment in which to refine their craft. Eight resident artists work there, with styles that include fine line, black and gray, blackwork, realism, illustrative, stippling and color work, and guest artists of every aesthetic are welcome year-round. Flash tattoos are pre-designed and can only be resized, while custom tattoos are designed in collaboration with the artist. Both are priced by complexity and the time needed, and clients contact their chosen artist directly.
