Victor Modafferi founded Bullseye Tattoos in Staten Island, and the studio built its name on realism and illustrative work when the style was still new. It is a full custom shop whose artists design original pieces in black and grey realism, illustrative, fine line, floral and traditional styles, and one artist works in lettering, blackwork and dotwork. Walk-ins are welcome when time allows, and appointments are encouraged. Victor appeared on Inkmaster Season 5 and works by appointment only. Piercing and microblading are also on offer, including micro dermal anchors, and guest artists visit. Staten Island Readers Choice Awards voted it best tattoo parlor.
